Residents and hotel guests receive the following basic services: (a) a doorman, bellhop and receptionist for the residential condos (b) concierge services, including mail and package delivery and holding, and (c) the right to use the business center, the fitness center, 24-hour security, 24- hour reception, pool & jacuzzi and all common areas such as elevators, hallways, etc.. The residential condos may also receive the following optional services: (i) housekeeping services, (ii) laundry services, (iii) personnel services (such as massage), (iv) food and beverage services (such as room service and catering), (v) billing privileges at the Hotel; or (iv) other services available to hotel guests to the extent deemed appropriate by the Hotel Manager from time to time (collectively, the Requested Services). The charges for the Requested Services shall be established by the Hotel Manager, as he reasonably determines from time to time, and billed directly to the Residential condos on a usage basis and paid to the hotel. At this moment all condos except the penthouses and lofts are obligated to be part of the Hotel Rental Pool with the owners´ of the condos being restricted to the amounts of months they can stay in their condos. An amendment will be voted on at this year´s annual meeting to abolish this restriction.
