The Pacific Point will be the next oceanfront tower on the Jaco Beach skyline. It will be located in the heart of town on the Bohio Street.
The sales prices and the HOA fees will be lower than existing inventory and the building will have some special amenities such as a shared rooftop terrace on the 13th floor, a gym, covered parking and units with lock out capabilities to rent as 2 independent units.
We are asking to complete a survey to be in line to select a unit once we have gone through all the reservations. When it comes time to make your selection, you will need to complete 10% of the purchase price. 13% will be due when construction starts and 7% when the building is at least 75% complete. The 70% balance will be due when the unit is delivered or that amount may be financed by the developer. Construction is slated to start during the 4th quarter of 2022 and delivery is estimated to be 14 months later.
