Hola! I’m Diana Vitola, a real estate professional based in Costa Rica’s Central Pacific region. Originally from San José, Costa Rica, I have spent the past 10 years living and working in Playa Hermosa and Jacó, building strong local knowledge and connections throughout the area.

My background in architecture, vacation rental management, and luxury property care gives me a unique perspective when helping clients buy, sell, invest, or relocate in Costa Rica. Over the years, I have managed and cared for a growing portfolio of homes and investment properties throughout the Central Pacific region.

As a wife and mother to a young daughter, moving to the beach was a lifestyle choice inspired by our love for nature, peace, and the beauty of our coastline. Living surrounded by jungle, ocean views, and a slower pace of life has been incredibly rewarding for our family, and helping others recreate that dream is something I am truly passionate about.
