The Punta Leona development and resort is a collections of neighborhoods, condo tower, town homes and high-end homes of the cliff overlooking the famous Playa Blanca “White sand beach”. The resort is complete with a beachfront restaurant and smoothie bar, beach club, pools, mini golf, canopy tour, hiking trails, butterfly garden, spa, hotel and much more.

Many expats are now calling the lush tropical area home but Punta Leona has long been the Costa Rican favorite for a weekend home or vacation property. The community is also home to many of the local white face monkeys and other wildlife.
